Media's impact on our body posture

Media is taking over our lives. Most kids are introduced to television at an early age, it is their most common source of information. Most people use internet, surf the net and watch movies, each of these form of media shows a type of body image that is noted. Every girl wants to be thin enough to disappear and every guy wants to gain muscles and get a 6-pack abs. People rely on these sources for their information. But to be able to abide by these body images one works out so much that they strain their muscles or damage their joints. It is vital that people maintain a good posture and avoid media imposed images in order to live a long healthy life without any physical issues.
