The side-effects of bad body posture


What do we mean by 'bad posture'? Is it the way we stand? the way we sit? the way we sleep? Yes! All that, and more. Stand in front of a mirror and see if 
  • Your shoulder level is the same
  • If your head is straight
  • Your angle are not bent
  • Your knee is straight
