Maintaining a good posture does not only prevent future injuries but also ensures that any injury is cared for. For instance, an athlete who may have gone through many concussions or back injuries may be able to prevent further harm by maintaining a good posture as this does not only help with a healthier lifestyle, but it also increases his/her productivity.
